Applications for a temporary part-time Receptionist are being accepted at City Hall until Friday, August 4th, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. Job duties include but are not limited to: accept and receipt customer payments, answering all incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries whenever possible; redirect calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required; greet, assist, and direct visitors and the general public; provide word-processing and secretarial support; maintain a current and accurate filing system; perform other related duties as required. Hours will be Monday - Friday from 10am - 2pm. Position is expected to be from October 2nd, 2017 - February 2nd, 2018 tentatively. Wage will be dependent upon experience.
A completed job application will be required and are available at City Hall. All applications received will be reviewed by the City Clerk who will determine which applicants will be interviewed.
