FIREWORKS REGULATIONS

The permissable hours for the discharge of consumer grade fireworks within the City of Sergeant Bluff are:
• July 3rd from 9:00 am until midnight.
• July 4th from 9:00 am until midnight.
• December 31st from 9:00 am until midnight.

Please be aware of the following restrictions and rules during the allowable times to discharge:
• Discharging fireworks on public property, such as city streets and parks, is prohibited.
• Citizens who discharge fireworks are required to clean up the debris produced from their property. Clean up of neighboring properties and public areas will be required if appropriate.
• Sky Lanterns and other novelty items that are not considered to be consumer grade fireworks are prohibited.
